Centrifuge

Centrifuge is a protocol for financing real-world assets on-chain: businesses tokenize assets like invoices, real estate, or credit, and investors fund them directly through decentralized pools.

센트리퓨지는 실물자산을 온체인에서 금융화하는 프로토콜이다. 기업은 송장, 부동산, 신용 같은 자산을 토큰화하고, 투자자는 탈중앙 풀을 통해 이를 직접 자금 조달한다.

By bridging traditional finance and DeFi, Centrifuge aims to give asset originators cheaper, faster liquidity while giving crypto investors access to stable, real-world yield¹ uncorrelated with crypto markets.

센트리퓨지는 전통 금융과 DeFi를 연결함으로써, 자산 보유자에게는 더 저렴하고 빠른 유동성을, 암호 투자자에게는 암호시장과 상관관계가 낮은 안정적 실물 수익 접근성을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

Tokenized assets are grouped into pools, and each pool is split into tranche¹s — typically a senior tranche¹ (DROP) with lower, more predictable returns and a junior tranche¹ (TIN) that takes first losses but earns higher upside.

토큰화된 자산은 풀(pool)로 묶이고, 각 풀은 트랜치(tranche¹)로 나뉜다. 일반적으로 낮지만 더 예측 가능한 수익의 시니어 트랜치(DROP)와, 최초 손실을 떠안는 대신 더 높은 상승 여력을 얻는 주니어 트랜치(TIN)로 구성된다.

Each pool tracks the on-chain net asset value (NAV)¹ of its underlying loans, so investors can see the current value, performance, and repayment status of the real assets backing their tokens.

각 풀은 기초 대출의 온체인 순자산가치(NAV)를 추적하므로, 투자자는 자신의 토큰을 뒷받침하는 실물 자산의 현재 가치, 성과, 상환 상태를 확인할 수 있다.

Centrifuge runs its own infrastructure secured by the CFG¹ token, which is used for staking, protocol governance, and network fees, and has expanded from a single chain toward a multichain², EVM-compatible protocol.

센트리퓨지는 CFG¹ 토큰으로 보안이 유지되는 자체 인프라를 운영하며, CFG¹는 스테이킹, 프로토콜 거버넌스, 네트워크 수수료에 사용된다. 또한 단일 체인에서 EVM 호환 멀티체인 프로토콜로 확장해 왔다.

Centrifuge pools have supplied collateral and yield to major DeFi protocols and stablecoin issuers, making it one of the earliest and largest bridges bringing real-world credit into decentralized finance.
